Do you clean the entire yard?
We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide pet waste removal services year round?
Yes! We provide dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable. If there is ice on the ground, there is a chance that we will skip service until it is safe for our service techs to visit your property!
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Dog Doody Rangers®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are thoroughly screened.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Dog Doody Rangers® has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $75 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $99 and $140 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we can clean with your dogs in the yard! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. However, not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, the software we use optimizes our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
